For trouble with connecting your interactive sex toy, please see the troubleshooting guide below. Make sure to try each step, as the guide contains the most common problems. If you’re still having problems, please contact customer support.

Unable to connect device to FeelConnect app:

  • Make sure that both of your devices are close to each other.
  • Make sure that Bluetooth is turned on in your mobile device. See your mobile device instructions to learn how.
  • Check your interactive sex toy to make sure it’s in pairing mode or Bluetooth mode.
  • Turn your interactive sex toy off and on again to clear the cache.
  • Close and reopen the FeelConnect app to clear the cache.

Unable to reconnect to device in FeelConnect app:

  • Make sure that both of your devices are close to each other.
  • Make sure that Bluetooth is turned on in your mobile device. See your mobile device instructions to learn how.
  • Check your interactive sex toy to make sure it’s in pairing mode or Bluetooth mode.
  • Turn your interactive sex toy off and on again to clear the cache.
  • Close and reopen the FeelConnect app to clear the cache.
  • Remove the device from the FeelConnect app and restart the setup process from the beginning.

“Content Not Found” error when streaming videos:

  • Go to the web site on your browser and reopen the stream in FeelConnect to reload the streaming link.

No option to open the video in the FeelConnect app:

  • Check to make sure the videos you’re playing are interactive. Only videos at SwallowBay will work with your interactive sex toy.
  • If you’re sure that you’re playing interactive videos then please contact customer service.

Can’t find my problem:

  • Please create a service ticket with customer service. Problems do occasionally arise that we’re unaware of.
